“Thank you again for addressing the problem I had with dry rot in an exterior support beam and rim joist of my home. By bringing together the necessary trades people who removed some vinyl siding and a section of the rear wall of the garage, (along with an exterior staircase that rested against the wall), the problem area was located and addressed by adding proper flashing to the garage roof where it meets the wall of my home and replacing the rotted wood. I am confident that the structure is sound and when rain falls again it will not find a way behind the walls to cause more dry rot in the future.
To finish the job, shingles were replaced over the new flashing and stucco replaced the vinyl siding that was removed. The new staircase brought the job to an end leaving the area addressed with a very pleasing look. Once again, thank you for your time and expertise.”

Our project was estimated to take two weeks and it was completed in two weeks. We were given a great quote to get a professional job and the job came in at that estimate. John and his team did a beautiful job on my house in December 2015. My home was built in 1975 and it was time for a facelift. John recommended stucco and I couldn't be happier. The colors I chose are beautiful and the pop outs around the windows are great. The stucco is smooth so it really can pass for paint. John let me know each day what was on the schedule which I appreciated. John's team of professionals were extremely hard working, worked very long days and completed the job earlier than expected. They also did a great job of cleaning up. John is a great guy to work with and I highly recommend him and his team.
